Food Tour

Day 1: Arrive in NI by air or sea. We will meet you and transfer you to your hotel - the Ramada Encore. Situated near the Anglican Cathedral and many famous traditional pubs, this is the ideal base to sample the best of Belfast. Depending on your arrival time you might find a few moments to have a drink or partake in a little light retail therapy.

Dinner at the Muddlers Club.  This new 60 cover restaurant is in the heart of Belfast's rapidly growing Cathedral Quarter.  Chef patron Gareth has introduced good, flavoursome food at affordable prices in the historic heart of Belfast. Muddlers occupies the building where the conspirators behind the 1798 Rising met to plot and plan but there are no secrets behind the cooking, just good food.

Day 2:
Morning cookery course followed by afternoon visits to Aunt Sandra's for "sweeties" and Shortcross Gin Distillery for gin.
Dinner in The Shed (not as rustic as it sounds!)

Day 3: To County Down with its famous Mourne Mountains. Visits to a cider distillery and lunch in Brunel's in Newcastle. Paul Cunningham, is one of the exciting new chefs in N.I. Afternoon at leisure back in Belfast (Titanic Belfast is well worth a visit) and dinner ad lib, though we can advise and help with reservations.

Day 4: Morning tour along the scenic Antrim Coast calling at Londonderry Arms Hotel for coffee. Then on to Bushmills distillery or Lacada Craft Brewery.  Farewell dinner in Ox, Belfast, which was recently awarded a Michelin star.

Day 5: Depart.
